Primary user activation is not a must, but a user ID has to be logged in for: In-car Personalisation, Activation, Delete User, Restore factory settings, Legal notice, Data Plan and Private mode functionalities. For the rest of functionalities, primary user activation is a must.

The use of CUPRA CONNECT (“Services”) requires a separate online contract with SEAT, S.A.. The emergency call is already activated from delivery without registration.
Availability of Services may differ in each country as well as on the vehicle model, model year and equipment of the Vehicle. The Services can be operated only by using available public communication technologies. Please note that due to development of these technologies, especially mobile networks, SEAT, S.A. cannot guarantee consistent availability in all countries for the duration of Services. Possible changes in technology may cause permanent unavailability of them.
When using the Services also a data connection between the Customer’s device (smartphone, tablet, PC etc.) and the Data Server is necessary. This data connection is not included in the Services.
